On December 18th, we held this 2021 year NIO DAY event in the city of Suzhou. With the theme of “Hello World” the brand was ready to launch his new car to the whole world and we, CA_, were excited to be their leading agency for doing and direct this worldwide broadcasted event which reached more than 100 million viewers.
CA_ provided NIO users a 360 experience beyond their expectations. We created a joyful and vibrant experience with all kind of activities for them to enjoy before, during and after the show: NIO CAFE, NIO RADIO, NIO LIFE and much more were some of the onsite activities that NIO users could enjoy.
This year, the theme “Hello World" was a concept developed around the embracement of everyone with a tolerant attitude in this ever-changing world. Using optimism and love to build together a better tomorrow. With a “hello” we aimed to open up to the rest of the world because we believe that every "hello" is like opening ourselves to a new life and a first step to fight together for a better and brighter future.
This year, we were please to have Alan Walker collaborating with NIO for this event. CA_ worked closely with the top XR company Super Bonfire to create an unforgettable experience. The first XR broadcasted concert for a car brand.
Alan Walker from his side, also excited about this event and collaboration, composed and recorded a new single especially for this event, NIODay 2021. With the title of “Hello World”, this new song meant to say “Hello” to everyone around the world using his unique electronic melody. Last but not least the one and only NIO Band also composed a song dedicated to NIO users and they rocked it onsite.
